2.5 year Check-up

We recently took Emma in for her 2.5 year check-up.  The doctor said she looks great!  Emma is a healthy and happy little girl.

Height: 34 7/8 "  (25-50%)
Weight:  24.4 lbs  (10%)
HC: 18 3/4"

Swimming!

Emma has been swimming a lot this Summer at the cottage.  She also just started taking swim lessons.  She is becoming more and more confident in the water.  Grandpop took a video of her swimming the length of the pool.  We were very impressed!

Matching outfits

Aunt Roonie bought Emma this outfit last year.....and yes, it still fits!!  She recently found the matching onesie for Leighton.  I love it! 

Emma likes to dress herself these days. This is what she came up with today. 

Two Months Old

Baby Leighton is now 2 months old!  She continues to be an easy going baby.  Leighton now gives us lots of social smiles; she coos and squeals.  She can now roll from her tummy to her back and follows objects with her eyes.  Emma has been such a sweet big sister.  She loves to hold Leighton and tries her best to comfort her when she's upset.  I'm really enjoying being home with the girls.  Besides planning lots of play-dates, I've also been busy cooking and baking.  Its been fun!

Yards Park

Kenna and I met today at Yards Park for a Playdate. Emma and Elsa love playing together. They swam, ate lunch, and even walked the length of the pool holding hands. It was very cute!!
