Meet Meybory

Emma really LOVES her nanny, Meybory.  In fact, her face lights up every morning when Meybory gets here.  It makes it much easier for me to leave in the morning (on the 2 days I go to the office) or to work upstairs (the other 3 days) knowing that Emma is in good hands and that she is happy.  Meybory watches Emma downstairs in our basement, which we've turned into a little daycare.  It's quite the setup with all of her toys, Jumperoo, Pack'n play, etc.  There is even a kitchen down there, so Meybory has all of her bottles, formula, and baby food.  Meybory takes Emma to the park every day, where she gets to interact with other babies and dogs.  Emma has even made a few friends at the playground.  She is definitely a social baby. 

Thank you Meybory for being so wonderful to our Sweet Pea.

And now...

In addition to playing soccer, Emma also started clapping and giving high fives.  Is there anything this baby can't do?!

Is that Hope Solo?  It can't be.  She's on Dancing with the Stars.  Wait a minute....it's Emma!!  We may have a future soccer player on our hands, and Daddy is talkin college scholarship.  Are we getting a little ahead of ourselves?  Ha!

Who's got Grandpop's nose?

Emma is really teething these days and will bite anything she can get her hands on....and that includes Grandpop's nose!  Grandpop was laughing so hard he was crying.  Or maybe those were tears of pain.  We're not really sure.
