Attempt at Emma's First Haircut

Before my Vegas trip we took Emma to Bubbles to get her first haircut.  It did not go well.  Emma is very scared of my hairdryer.  So, putting her in a room with 20 of them being used at the same time, was not good.  The look on her face when we walked in was priceless.  She did get used to the noise and I thought she was fine.....until we put the smock on.  She did not like it.  Nor did she like the looks of the woman with the scissors.  I held her in my lap and tried to hold her head still, but Emma freaked out.  Chris did manage to take a few pics before she started screaming.  Poor baby!

National Aquarium

Chris and I took Emma to the National Aquarium in Baltimore, which is about an hour drive from DC.  Emma really loved looking at all the fishies.  After the aquarium, we had lunch at the Inner Harbor.  What a special day spent with my family. 

Do you like our matching outfits?  Daddy thought we were way too cheesy, but we think he was just jealous he didn't have a blue/white striped shirt.  Ha!

Piggy Bank

March Madness
