We had so much fun this Easter weekend. Grammy Sue and Uncle Andy drove down from Philly on Friday afternoon. Grammy Sue brought lots of food and Easter goodies with her. On Saturday we had some friends over to the house to grill out and then walk to Lincoln Park for the Easter Eggstravaganza. The Pre-K Egg Hunt was quite the scene. There were thousands of eggs and hundreds of little kids. While Jackson grabbed every egg in sight, Emma abandoned her Easter basket so she could chase after a dog. Oh well!
On Sunday we took lots of pictures, especially of Miss Emma in her Easter dresses. I couldn't decide which dress to buy because they both looked so cute on her. And Grammy Sue bought the hat, which matched one of the dresses perfectly. Poor Emma and Chris had to suffer through a photoshoot AND outfit changes! I personally think it was worth it because the pictures are really cute. : )
Happy Easter!

Uncle Andy!
This is Emma running away from me. I think she was afraid I would put another dress on her. Ha!
Mema gave Emma a Rock'n Roll Elmo doll a while back. Emma likes to carry it around the house as if its her baby doll. And she likes to sing along. When we ask her what Elmo says, Emma sings "LaLaLa". It's so cute.
For some reason Emma decided to pull her pajama shirt over her head. Every time I tried to fix it, she would pull it back over again. Apparently she thought this was a good look. Her shirt was on the right way when I put her down, but an hour later I noticed that she had pulled it back over before she fell asleep. It was so funny. : ) I decided it was best to leave it so as not to wake her. That is one thing I've learned as a parent...NEVER wake a sleeping baby.
