Tomato picking with Pop Pop

Emma really loved picking tomatoes with her Pop Pop.  This reminds me of picking vegetables in my Papa's garden when I was little. 

 

 

Cox Farms

This year we took Emma to the Fall Festival at Cox Farms in Centreville, VA.  Pop Pop and Nana came with us.  There were tons of slides, kiddie playgrounds, farm animals, hayrides, and pumpkins.  And lots of food for Mommy! 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Good News!

The Salisburys finally have some good news to share.  We are expecting a baby in May.  Chris and I are very excited, and Emma can't wait to be a big sister.  The first trimester was pretty rough, which is why I haven't been posting much these days.  But now I feel much better and look forward to catching up.  I've got lots of pictures and videos to post.

Light the Night Walk

On October 13th, Team Salisbury participated in the DC Light the Night Walk to raise money for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.  Our team raised $3,260.00!!  We could not have done this without the generous donations from our family and friends.  Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts.  And a special thank you to those who walked with me--- Sue, Betsy, Gary, Theresa, AJ, Vic and Tom.  Chris was unable to walk due to his knee, so he stayed home with Emma.
