My poor baby had a severe diaper rash a couple weeks ago.  After trying every possible brand of diaper rash cream/ointment and nothing working, Meybory and I took Emma to the doctor.  We later realized that the Butt Paste we were using was making the rash even worse.  We have since thrown out all Butt Paste.  Desitin seems to work the best and it doesn't irritate her little bum.  We took some pics while waiting for Dr. Goldblatt.
