Last weekend was very busy for us. We had 2 birthday parties on Saturday, and I had a baby shower on Sunday. Luckily, Grammy Sue came to town to help babysit. Thanks Grammy!
Here is Emma at her very first birthday party. Ronan ( a friend's son) who lives down the street, just turned 5 years old. The party was a lot of fun, and I think I got a glimpse into our future. Long gone are Saturdays watching football and drinking beer. We now go to little kids birthday parties. OMG! We are parents!

While Grammy babysat, Mommy and Daddy went to our friend Ryan's surprise birthday party. This was the first time we've been out with friends since Emma was born. We had the best time.
